Supreme Court lashed out at two brothers based in Delhi after their father moved a petition in court, alleging they have forced him to move out of his ancestral house and has also refused to give any financial support.

According to a report in News18, the Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Khanwilkar said that the sons are not doing a favour on their father and it is their duty by law to provide for him.
The court was informed by the father’s side that both the sons work in multi-national companies and have also taken over the ancestral property in Karol Bagh where they live with their families.
