Land Mafia Disrupts Lives in Ranchi’s Sanjeevani Park Project

Residents of Sanjeevani Park Project in Ranchi, Jharkhand, are facing intimidation and threats from land mafia elements following a land scam involving the developer, Sanjeevani BuildCon.

The project, located in Oyna Village under Kanke Anchal, promised plots to buyers. However, reports allege Sanjeevani BuildCon, led by Anamika Nandy, was involved in a land scam. This has emboldened local land mafia, with names mentioned as Hasan and Rasid, to target plot owners.

Threats and Violence:

The land mafia is reportedly threatening residents and attempting to coerce them into selling their plots at significantly lower prices. Additionally, whenever a plot owner tries to build a boundary wall, the mafia destroys it, creating an atmosphere of fear and harassment.

Seeking Police Intervention:

Despite reaching out to the police at Pithoria Thana (Thana Number 46) and informing them about the threats and violence, residents claim no concrete action has been taken. The affected plot owners, whose plot numbers are mentioned as 249, 260, 261, 262, and 263, are now living in constant fear.
